RIT Marketing and Communication Imagine RIT
Imagine RIT 2025 | Student Awareness Campaign
Project Overview
Imagine RIT is the university’s largest public festival, celebrating innovation and creativity across campus. In 2025, our team was tasked with reinvigorating student interest and attendance, which had declined post-COVID. The goal was to raise awareness, highlight the festival’s hands-on experiences and showcase exhibits featuring artificial intelligence (AI). Our campaign spanned digital and physical media, aiming to position RIT students as both creators and participants in the festival’s future.
My Role
As one of the lead designers, I created promotional graphics for digital and print use, supporting messaging across multiple channels. I worked closely with our writers and project lead to translate creative strategy into visual assets that would capture student attention, particularly through dynamic layouts and campus-relevant language. My work contributed to a larger campaign rollout across social media, print, and RIT’s campus platforms to drive engagement and increase turnout.
Skills Applied
Print and digital campaign design
Multi-platform content creation (social, web, flyers)
Collaboration with copywriters and project management
Branding and visual consistency across university channels
Strategic layout and messaging for student audiences
Creative campaign development for large-scale campus events
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
